W.connect

W.connect is Winfund's core business application used by dealers and their advisors to manage clients, accounts, transactions, compensation, and compliance. The centralized database is accessible remotely and shares the same data in real time whether your users are in your operational central office or on the front lines remotely working from your branches or in their own offices.  This software has been integrated with a variety of other functional platforms used in the wealth management process to provide a total solution. Highly adaptable, Winfund provides each client with their own operational system on their own terms. 

Winfund uses the same centralized database for all applications. This means that data is transferred in real time between back office administration and your end users who are accessing their information through W.connect. The typical configuration would be to use W.connect to initiate the trades and process through your trading engines operating in the background through integration.

You can incorporate W.connect seamlessly into your existing website by white-labeling it with your own logos, colours and internal applications and forms.

In addition to your dealer forms, W.connect offers users the ability to pre-populate client and account information on a select list of company forms.

W.insurance

W.insurance is Winfund’s life and annuity platform for Brokerage General Agencies and Managing General Agencies. Designed from a new business case manager perspective, this software has been highly rated for its intuitive and efficient new business workflow management. It includes client and policy tracking, integration of feeds, and a strong compensation solution that is evolving to handle both insurance and investment commissions and bonuses within a single new business system. Combined with W.connect for investment accounts, this platform goes beyond the single segment focus of most vendor software in the industry.      

W.access

Being client-centric today means providing secure web-based access to clients within a private interface. Evolving functionality currently provided includes access to client's own information, advisor collaboration and communication, electronic statement enrollment and distribution, and file vaulting. Coming soon will be CRM integration and access to complete electronic forms developed with Winfund’s eGEN Beyond Forms platform.  

W.compliance

Today, compliance tracking is a critical business process that links new client, transactional, and communication best practices.  Winfund’s software manages the critical business processes, alerting stakeholders on an exception basis of cases requiring attention, and tracks closure and statistics to meet the demands of the most stringent auditors.
