The arc36O Team

The arc36O team includes a former life insurance company COO, a former IT director, and several senior business analysts and financial application developers. The team averages well over 20 years of work experience in life insurance and other financial services. The team is led by Randy Kaye. Randy has held actuarial positions and management level positions in information systems within the life insurance industry, the insurance software vendor community, and as a consultant. He has consulted to insurance companies in Canada, the US and the Caribbean, software vendors in Canada and the US, and to the Canadian federal government.
