JSR is led by Joe Raczka, CMA, CPA, CFP, a talented financial executive with a strong operations orientation. Skilled at quickly identifying business issues and implementing solutions that maximize the bottom line, his diverse business background in a wide cross-section of industries includes manufacturing, financial services, real estate, construction, services, etc. Joe combines strong problem solving and team building skills with a strong emphasis on action and is interested in companies looking to make the finance function a "strategic asset", to improve overall performance and accountability, to repair banking/lender relations, and who wish to make strategic planning a key component of business planning. His specialty is building the finance department to be a "Strategic Asset" to catapult companies to the next level, working with Private Equity & Venture capital to improve returns, improving processes, controls and procedures.
