A Lean Six Sigma Transactional Master Black Belt, Nancy has been helping implement operational improvements with financial services for over 25 years. Nancy specializes in customizing programs that fit individual client's needs and can be for a function, specific problem or a complete corporate roll-out. The idea is to insure the right program and quickly train key people within an organization to implement. To ensure success, coaching and mentoring are provided throughout the process.
